Globetrotters Travel & Cruise is a family owned and operated business servicing the Toowoomba region since 2005. It originally opened as Darling Downs Travel Agency in 1949 and while the name may have changed, we are proud to say it is one of Queensland's oldest continuously running travel agencies, having operated at this location for over 50 years! We aim to provide an all-inclusive travel service to each of our customers.

Paul Apsey, an employee of Globetrotters since 2015, took over management in July 2020 having worked in the travel industry for over 22 years. Assisting in the main Toowoomba office is Ben Apsey, who has been with the team helping his dad since the change of ownership.

Located at Shop 1, 170-172 Margaret Street, between Sofra Restaurant and Carnival Lane in the Toowoomba CBD, Globetrotters' customers can now couple their travel inspiration with a great coffee or tea from the Travel Mugs Coffee shop. Easy three hour parking is available for $1 per hour directly behind the building between Neil and Annand Streets.

Due to our extensive world travel experience and knowledge, we are excellent at providing advice and organising bookings for our customers to travel all over the globe, including here in Australia. Whether it be flights, accommodation, cruise, rail or the organisation of a group tour, we can help and are happy to assist in any way we can. We believe to fully experience a country’s culture, landmarks, natural wonder and beauty, you need to take the time to build your holiday.
